Overview

A Romanian inventory + accounting application for small and medium businesses. Operators work in their own module (invoices, stock, cash, bank), and double-entry accounting is generated automatically from those documents (see Automatic accounting - the Centralizer).

The main menu follows the activity of the business:

Menu (RO)What it is for
Financiar (Financial)Cash desk, bank, treasury advances, set-offs
Gestiune (Inventory)Stock: items, warehouses, receptions, deliveries, transfers, stock-taking
Vânzări / Cumpărări (Sales / Purchases)Issued and received invoices, cash sales, subscriptions
Terți (Partners)Customers and suppliers, contracts, payment terms, overdue items
Servicii (Services)Catalogue of sold/purchased services
Lucrări / Proiecte (Works / Projects)Projects, work orders, budgets, progress
Personal / Salarizare (HR / Payroll)Employees, contracts, payroll, attendance, leave
Active (Assets)Fixed assets and low-value items: acquisition, depreciation, disposal
Contabilitate (Accounting)Chart of accounts, notes, centralizer, closing, ledgers, SAF-T D406
Administrare / Configurare (Admin / Setup)Company data, settings, users and roles, work period

The core modules every company starts with: Admin (company data), Partners + Sales + Inventory (daily activity) and Accounting (the result, mostly automatic).

All operational documents “flow” into accounting via the Centralizer. A few links you feel in use:

  • The work period is central: change it and every period-bound screen refreshes.
  • A saved invoice updates invoice lists and due-date tracking; once centralized it becomes an accounting note.
  • A stock movement updates stock and feeds the inventory centralizer.
  • A cash/bank operation updates the financial ledgers and the centralizer.
  • The owner / operator who is not an accountant: how to record documents and what you see, no jargon.
  • The accountant: where to check the generated notes, ledgers and statutory returns, and which settings drive how things are booked.

The documentation describes concepts and flows (which remain valid after the move to the new platform); only screenshots are re-generated.
