HR and payroll
Section titled “HR and payroll”The HR / Payroll module keeps employee records and salary computation: employment contracts, payroll, attendance, leave. It is an extended-tier module.
Core concepts
Section titled “Core concepts”- Employee: personnel data, employment contract, badge number.
- Payroll: monthly salary computation, with deductions and contributions.
- Attendance: days and hours worked, the basis for computation.
- Leave: tracking leave (holiday, medical, etc.).
Confidentiality
Section titled “Confidentiality”- Payroll data is sensitive; access is controlled by roles. A configuration toggle can hide payroll details on the employee record from users without the right.
Links with other modules
Section titled “Links with other modules”- Salary costs feed accounting (staff expenses) via centralization and can be allocated to projects.
- Salary payments are reflected in Financial (bank/cash).
Extended-tier module; detailed flow documentation (pay slips, returns) follows once the new platform is prioritized.
